Under the program to stimulate the creation of work places (MPT), the city signed 10 agreements with investors, providing for the construction of 47 educational institutions. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
«The city has concluded 10 agreements with developers on the construction of 47 educational institutions in almost all districts of Moscow under the program to stimulate the creation of places of employment. More than 45 billion rubles will be invested in these facilities. The buildings will be put into operation in the period from 2023 to 2028, they will be able to work over four thousand people,» Yefimov said, whose words were quoted in the press service of the profile complex.
As part of the latest agreements, two kindergartens, a school and an educational complex will appear in the Ryazanovskoye settlement. Their construction was previously approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
«The investor will invest more than 4.6 billion rubles in the construction of four educational facilities, which are designed for almost 2.9 thousand children. After the institutions are put into operation in 2025-2026, 405 people will be able to find jobs there,» said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Moscow politicians Vladislav Ovchinsky.
Thus, in general, according to the program, 28 kindergartens, 16 schools, two facilities, including a kindergarten and a school, and one educational complex will be built in the capital.
The city’s program to stimulate the creation of work places is designed to provide comprehensive development of new areas. According to its terms, the developer is partially or completely exempt from paying for changing the type of permitted use of the land plot on which he builds residential buildings, if he additionally invests in the construction of an object where new jobs will appear.
